Because the hat (bands) are personalised to your wishes, they cannot be returned.

  If we are out of stock on an item you want.  No problem!  You can place a pre-order for this item.  It may take several weeks before all material is available again.

 Because everything is going to be handmade, it may take a while before you receive your order.  We will keep in contact with you to make sure you are kept up to date on your orders status.

 Shipping costs are $40CAD within Canada. Please contact for details.

Orders should be worked on within 2-7 workdays after we have received payment. It may vary depending on the destination and high season.

We are not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.

We are not responsible for extra taxes for international deliveries. 

Return at your own expense. Refund of original purchase price minus shipping and handling.

Pack the items together with the received packing slip in the original packaging and place it in the shipping box.
